Colors
We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on lighting during the photography session or on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate.

Backorders (out of stock)
Once items are sold out, we do not re stock. This is our way of ensuring that the designs we sell on our site do not saturate the market. Availability of products listed on our site is subject to change without notice.

Returns
You may return any of our products, with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange, credit, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges) within one week ( 7 days ) after receipt of the product. We reckon this is more than enough time for you to decide if you want to keep the item or not. Refunds, if any will only be made upon our receiving the items in its original packaging.

Product Orders
We do not guarantee that the products you ordered are in stock at the time of purchase. We will inform you if this happens. Workmanship and different cuttings of the products vary and might not be exactly the same as you would expect. We will do our best to describe and convey the information in the best possible way.

Order Acceptance
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service.

Payment
You are responsible for any payments due for any products ordered through your account. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment.
